INFORMATION SHARING AND DISCLOSURE

Shaydoron.net is strongly committed to protecting the privacy of its users, and does not rent, sell, or share personal information about visitors with other people except to provide products or services you have requested or otherwise with your permission except as required by law or in a good faith belief that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to: (1) comply with legal process; (2) enforce the Terms of Use; (3) respond to claims that any Submission violates the rights of third-parties; (4) respond to your requests; or (5) protect the rights or property of Shay Doron or Shaydoron.net. Shaydoron.net considers all user information to be private and confidential, and this information will not be distributed in any manner unless permitted by the user. We offer the following free services, which require some type of voluntary submission of personal information by users:

1. Electronic mailing list policy

Subscription to the mailing list is on a voluntary basis. Users may remove themselves from this mailing list by following the link provided in every newsletter that points users to the subscription management page.

2. "E-mail this page" policy

Users can choose to electronically forward a link, page, or documents from this site to someone else by clicking "e-mail this page". The user must provide their name and email address, as well as the email address of the recipient. This information is used only in the case of transmission errors and to let the recipient know who sent the email. The information is not used for any other purpose.

3. Polling

Shaydoron.net may offer interactive polls. Participation in answering poll questions is voluntary, and opinions or other responses to polls are aggregated and are not identifiable to any particular user. Shaydoron.net may use a system to "tag" users after they have voted, so they can vote only once on a particular question. This tag is not correlated with information about individual users.

4. Surveys

Shaydoron.net may occasionally conduct user surveys to better target our content to our audience. We sometimes share the aggregated demographic information in these surveys with our sponsors, advertisers and partners. We never share any of this information about specific individuals with any third party.

OPT-OUT POLICY

Shaydoron.net supplies users with options wherever necessary and practical. Such choices include:

Posting on Shaydoron.net for the following features: contest submissions, contest winners, image or graphic submissions, public message boards, and mailing lists, Shaydoron.net may post (but no more than) a child's name, age, city, state, and country of residence.

COOKIES AND TRACKING INFORMATION

Shaydoron.net records and saves information about your visits to this site, including but not limited to the day and time of your visit, the type of browser used to access the site and your IP address. This information is used to monitor site performance and to enhance the website experience for our visitors.
